Our professional and personal Customer Service / Intake Representatives are here to assist customers and referral sources to fulfill each individual's needs as well as to answer any product questions.
Connecticut Medical Supply offers a full billing service for all of our customers and referral sources at no extra charge. We bill Medicare, Medicaid, BMC, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Fallon and most other private Insurance Co. Our billing offices do all the necessary paperwork including obtaining authorizations, renewal prescriptions, prior approvals and much more.
In addition to performing over-the-phone Customer Service duties, our trained staff is also available to assist walk-in customers in our retail storefront area. Some of the products which we carry in our retail department are Therapeutic Support Hosiery, Replacement and Accessory Parts for most walkers and canes. Orthopedic Bracing Equipment, Nursing and Breast Feeding Supplies. For the medical professional we carry several brands of stethoscopes and blood pressure apparatuses.
